Participants who fully complete and submit all five Dare2Move challenges will be entered into a prize draw. It is our way of recognizing those who show up, stay consistent, and take part in the full experience from start to finish.
At the end of the challenge, we will be drawing for 5 separate $50 gift cards from eligible participants who complete all five weekly challenges and submit their results through the official form.

Dare2Move is a weekly challenge designed to bring students, faculty, corporations, businesses, and not for profit partners together through movement, reflection, kindness, and community action. Create a team, complete each week’s challenge, submit your results, and help build awareness through participation.

Let’s start strong. Pick a sport, jump into the action, and get moving. This challenge is all about having fun, building energy, and creating momentum from the very first play.
- Join a game, rally with a partner, or rotate through activities with others.
- New or experienced, everyone’s welcome, just get in and play
- Keep it light, keep it fun, and keep the energy up
- Track your minutes played and submit your activity online
Connection for Everyone: This brings people together through play, shared energy, and hyping each other up every point of the way.
How points work
10 points for submitting a completed entry
+5 points for adding a reflection or story
+5 points for uploading a photo or video
+5 points for completing the awareness response
+5 points for team reaching their goal
Activity points: 1 point for every 10 minutes played, up to 10 bonus points

Today’s challenge is simple but powerful, do one intentional act of kindness and reflect on the impact it could have on someone else.

- Do it in person or online, kindness travels both ways
- Share a reflection, photo, or story if you feel comfortable

Letter to Your Future Self – May 10th
Reflection + Level-Up Energy
Pause for a moment and connect with your future self. Where you are right now matters more than you think.
- Write 2 paragraphs to yourself 5 years from now, your struggles, wins, and what matters most
- Include 2 to 4 things you never want your future self to forget
- Voice memo or video options are welcome
- Younger participants can use a fill-in-the-blank version

Dancing Into Your Greatness – May 11th
Joy + Main Character Energy
Time to celebrate you. Put on your favourite song and move however feels right.
- Dance, vibe, or create your own version
- Share it or keep it personal
- Seated movement is fully welcome
- Try a silent disco moment with headphones
