Thanks to the generous support of the United Way of Halton and Hamilton, DTBY paused to reflect and reimagine our path forward. Their grant sparked the development of our first-ever 3-year strategic plan—a bold, collaborative roadmap shaped by youth voices and community insight.
This plan is more than a strategy; it’s a shared commitment. It defines clear priorities, measurable goals, and a unified direction for our entire community. With it, DTBY is poised to expand our reach, strengthen our programs, and deepen our impact.
