DTBY has limited staff and volunteer resources, but would be pleased to offer support and assistance. We can assist with idea generation, event planning guidance, providing DTBY material, event promotion and providing a letter of recommendation. What support do you anticipate from DTBY?

Please note that DTBY is unfortunately not able to assist with obtaining raffle/lottery licenses, expense reimbursements or funding, event permits or liability insurance, or sending out press releases related to your event.

Please note that we require 4-6 weeks notice if you are requesting DTBY volunteers. While we cannot guarantee volunteers, we will reach out to our event volunteer network to see if we can secure extra help for you.

Would you like a representative from DTBY to attend the event to speak?
